With the latest iOS 15 update, you now have access to tags and smart lists , which makes it possible to use it as a movie or reading list tracker . Reminders is also now turning into a capable task management app, so much so that you probably don’t need third-party solutions like Todoist or TickTick. Reminders is free, works with Siri, and it’s on all your Apple devices by default. But Reminders has one glaring problem: While the app is great at managing tasks, it kind of sucks when it comes to adding reminders. You need to select the list and tap the Plus button to record a task, and even then, adding details like notes, due dates, and times are a chore. Remind Me Faster is a great solution to the trouble, though. It’s a simple, free app that only has one purpose—to get your thoughts in the Reminders app as quickly as possible. The app opens with the keyboard ready to go, and the default list is already selected (but you can change it using the drop-down in the top-left corner). Write out your reminder, add a note, select a time if you want (it has preset dates and times), and tap the Send button.
