2019 Ford Explorer XLT to tow a pop up

Just wondering if anyone has any experience pulling a pop up trailer with the Explorer XLT 2.3L I-4 EcoBoost. With the Class II towing package, it’s listed that I can tow up to 3000lbs and my tent trailer loaded up usually weights in under 2700. With that said, I’m wondering how much, highways, hills, wind, etc are going to suck and how much my Explorer will hate me after a long weekend into the bush?
