The Manager, Ashley, will contact you shortly to complete your reservation.  If you do NOT hear from her shortly please feel free to contact her on her mobile at 817-751-4055(call or text).  If you cannot reach the on-site manager please call the owner, Lance Day, at 817-752-4635 (Call or Text).

UPON ARRIVAL:         

Meet with On-Site Manager to: 

  • Sign Guest Agreement
  • Pay any open balances
  • Receive Welcome Packet. 
  • Allow the manager to collect pictures of vehicles, driver licenses, and pets.

TO SPEED UP YOUR CHECK-IN PROCESS:    We can collect the following from you at check-in or you can speed up the check-in process by doing the following:

–Call property manager in advance at 817-751-4055 to pay move-in balance if you would like to speed up the check-in process.

–Text the below listed pictures in advance to the manager in advance at 817-751-4055  to speed up the check-in process.
***Picture of all guest’s driver licenses.
***Picture of all vehicles that will stay at the RV Park.
***Picture of all pets that will stay with you at the RV Park.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:  Be sure to let the on-site manager at 817-751-4055   if you are interested in any of the following: 

  • Renting an on-site storage unit
  • Have your own storage building you would like to put on your space.
  • Renting a park-owned shed to be placed on your space. 
  • Overflow parking for a 3rd vehicle, boat or trailer.

CLEAN LIVING RV PARK LOCATION: For accurate GPS location for directions please use 14551 FM 730 N / Azle,  TX.    Google Maps to GPS to Clean Living RV Park.

We are on the West side of the road just North and next door to Family Dollar. There are 2 entrances to Clean Living RV Park. You want the North entrance which is about 200 yards North of the big brown metal building and small brick home. The north entrance has the large black rod iron automatic electric gate.  Be sure to touch base with the manager the day you are coming in and again about an hour before you arrive so they can show you to your space and assist in completing the check-in process with you.  817-751-4055. 

From 199: Go North on 730 N (Boyd Rd) for just under 6 and a half miles and we are on left (west) side of the road immediately after and next door to Family Dollar.

From 114: (W.Rock Island): go South on 730 N (S. Allen St) 6 miles and we will be on your right (west) immediately before Family Dollar.
