Reservation not complete until $200 deposit is paid.
Call On-Site Manager at 817-751-4055 to pay by phone using checking account or credit/debit card. You can wait until you arrive to pay the pro-rated rent for the month or you can pay it in advance at the same time you pay the deposit. If you cannot reach the on-site manager please call the owner, Lance Day, to pay your deposit by phone. 817-752-4635 (Call or Text).
UPON ARRIVAL: Meet with On-Site Manager to: —sign paperwork, —pay any open balances —receive Welcome Packet, key, wifi password and gate code —Let On-Site Manager get pictures of your pets, all adult driver licenses and all vehicles that will be kept at the park.
TO SPEED UP YOUR CHECK-IN PROCESS: We can collect the following from you at check-in or to speed up the check-in process you can text pictures of the following in advance to on-site manager, 817-751-4055
***Picture of all guest’s driver licenses.
***Picture of all vehicles that will stay at the RV Park.
***Picture of all pets that will stay with you at the RV Park.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Be sure to let the on-site manager at 817-751-4055 if you are interested in any of the following:
- Renting an on-site storage unit
- Have your own storage building you would like to put on your space.
- Renting a park-owned shed to be placed on your space.
- Overflow parking for a 3rd vehicle, boat or trailer.
- Need your propane filled upon your arrival at our on-site propane filling station.

We are on the West side of the road just North and next door to Family Dollar. There are 2 entrances to Clean Living RV Park. You want the North entrance which is about 200 yards North of the big brown metal building and small brick home. The north entrance has the large black rod iron automatic electric gate. Be sure to touch base with the on-site manager the day you are coming in and again about an hour before you arrive so they can show you to your space and assist in completing the check-in process with you. 817-751-4055
From 199: Go North on 730 N (Boyd Rd) for just under 6 and a half miles and we are on left (west) side of the road immediately after and next door to Family Dollar.
From 114: (W.Rock Island): go South on 730 N (S. Allen St) 6 miles and we will be on your right (west) immediately before Family Dollar.
